Meet the Team

Kim Sir is the wife of Pastor Tim and is humbled that the LORD would allow her to support him in his calling, serving alongside him for 29 years in Pastoral ministry. Yes - in the same two churches! Her heartbeat is to know God as He has revealed Himself in the Scriptures, Biblical manhood and womanhood, and loves teaching His truths through His Word to others. She is thankful that the LORD is faithful to reveal her heart and show Himself to her, resulting in a deeper love for Him. Kim has four grown children, married to four amazing spouses, and 10 beautiful grandchildren. One of her favorite verses is Psalm 119:13 - "The unfolding of Thy Words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple."

Kathy Lichty is wife to Tim, and mom to 2 adult children, both married to wonderful spouses, and grandma to 2 sweet babies! She loves to sing to the Lord, and heads up the ReNEWed Life Worship Team. She and Tim enjoy leading Bible studies in their home, and watching people grow in their faith. They also both are part of the worship team at their church. One of her favorite verses is Psalm 19:14 - "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer."

Teresa Watson is wife to Tom, a man who God made into a new creation. Mom to 3 amazing adult children, MIL to 3 more amazing adults and Grandmother to 10 precious little people. She enjoys teaching Sunday School, mentoring young Moms, discipling women, quilting and crafting. Her passion is that her grandchildren know Jesus and that women know the freedom they have in Christ as women, wives and Moms. Her life verse is Galatians 2:20 - "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."

Jill Beran is wife to Job and Mom to James D., Joy, Jaylyn, Jed and Jesse. They stay busy on the family farm near Saratoga, IA and most days enjoy the homeschooling adventure God has called them to. Jill has a passion to connect women with Christ and one another. She enjoys encouraging others to search the Scriptures and walk in faith. Jill appreciates the opportunity to serve on the ReNEWed Life team and coach basketball for the Wildcats.
